Please note: The MyLeave mobile app is exclusive to employees of employers who have subscribed to the LeaveSource service and opted for MyLeave implementation. Registering for MyLeave requires a one-time process where information such as employee ID, work email, date of birth, and last 4 digits of SSN are used for identity verification. This data is only used during registration and is not stored on the mobile device.
